Meet the Director
Ms. Allyssa Crawford
My passion from a young age was always drawn to working and watching children develop and help facilitate their exploration in the world of early learning. My students all call me Ms. Allyssa! My life's joy is seeing the children’s faces light up, when they have accomplished something they have been working so hard on or when they see something for the first time. There is just nothing more satisfying than being an educator.
education background
I attended school at Mass Bay to pursue a degree in early childhood education. In addition, I attended Katharine Gibbs College, where I studied administrative business management.
personal life
I married my husband Jay in 1995 and started a family. My son Jay (23) is a United States Marine, my daughter Kelly (21) is a Division 1 student athlete studying finance and marketing at the University of New Hampshire, and my daughter Hayleigh (20) is a nursing student at Merrimack College.
history
Prior to opening the school, I did home daycare for many years while raising my own family. After my children got older, I found myself wanting more outside of my own home. My goal was to provide an atmosphere for families to come to that would give them peace of mind, knowing their children would be cared for, loved, and nurtured academically, socially, and emotionally. My school provides the benefits of that warm home feeling along with the advantages of being center-based. I feel blessed and lucky to have staff that have a passion for working with children and help facilitate them to be the best person they can be.

Infant DayCare Tailored for Your Little One
Our infant space is licensed for 7 infants and will have 2 teachers when 3 or more are present. The ages range from 6 weeks to 15 months. Teachers in this room will have an aid to help out when needed. The infant program offers a safe, secure, and loving environment while away from home. Your little ones will enjoy an atmosphere designed especially for them, with their needs in mind. We will foster learning in a creative world, benefiting each infant’s rapid mind and body development. We will ensure positive and supportive interactions with teachers. Where Toddlers Thrive
Learning & Playing in a Secure Environment
Our toddler daycare space is licensed for 18 toddlers and will have 2 or more teachers when 5 or more are present. Our Toddler The program offers a safe, secure, and loving environment while away from home. Your little ones will enjoy the atmosphere. designed especially for them and with their needs in mind. We will foster learning in a creative world, benefiting each other's rapid mind and body development. We will ensure positive and supportive interactions with teachers. Activities will include singing, reading, talking, math, science, circle time, and lots of hugs. We will promote exploration with movement and sensory opportunities. We will foster opportunities that will aid children in discovering the world around them while maintaining a respectful partnership among parents and caregivers. We will ensure regular communication to meet the ever-changing needs of our toddlers. We are committed to creating a strong bond with your precious one and ensuring a great start in life!

Full Day & Half-Day Preschool for Young Learners
These programs are licensed for a total of 40 children per day and are divided into two different classrooms. All of these programs are for children between the ages of 2.9 and 6 years of age. Our programs offer a safe, secure, and loving environment while away from home. Your little ones will enjoy an atmosphere designed especially for them, with their needs in mind.
